This is a great studio with a great vibe and energy to it. All staff and instructors have been helpful and pleasant. Their schedule has plenty of classes and the class package options are all very reasonable. It has become my go to studio.
My boyfriend and I come here often for both flow and classic hot yoga classes and really enjoy it. There are a variety of different class types, times and teachers to try as well. Staff are always friendly. The studio can get very crowded on weekends and evenings though and the studio rooms are just barely large enough to fit 3 rows of mats. It would be nice if there was just a bit more wiggle room to be honest. But staff usually do a good job of trying to get people to move and make room for everyone to practice at least.
Just love the vibe here - casual, non-judgmental and peaceful. Lots and lots of class times to choose from which makes regular practice easy to maintain. Hot yoga is just the right amount of hot and every class has been thoroughly enjoyable thus far. Lots of membership options to suit your needs. Only reason it is a 4 and not a 5 is because they only have two showers and one blow dryer in the women's changeroom which can be a bit stressful in the morning when you are trying to make it to work and don't want any delays.
This is a welcoming studio with classes suiting a wide variety of levels and styles. The teachers are kind and they mix things up with live music and themes, or you can stick with more standard classes. I recommend this place equally for beginners and for those seeking more challenge.
I like the no-phone policy in the common areas. Things to know: there are two showers in the women’s bathroom, and you’ll save $$ by bringing your own towel(s) and mat.
Love the studio, bright, clean and welcoming. Diverse class options - love the live music for a nice change in atmosphere. Instructors are great at cuing which helps me pace my practice. Admin staff are helpful. Could use a few more lockers. Love the upstairs space with natural light.
