I always knew I wanted to experience therapy sooner or later because I often needed someone to talk to. I came to Rostyslav’s office mid-June because I’ve hit a low point in my life and was finally prepared to invest in my mental health. Immediately after the first session I left feeling lighter, more intelligent and in control. After each session, Rostyslav sends me home with homework (most exciting I’ve ever had to do) and a tool that helps me dissect any potential obstacles that could come my way. Our sessions always end on a positive note. Rostyslav has every good quality you can think of. He is truly the most compassionate individual I have ever met in my life, always happy to see me and deeply concerned for me. He provides me with enormous support and he is always one e-mail away.

I am so beyond grateful that life has connected me and Rostyslav and I could not imagine anybody else take his place. His tone of voice alone is healing. Rostyslav is an outstanding and compassionate professional who is my go-to speaker for conferences where the psychological perspective is required. At the Recent Knowledge Cafe 2019 hosted by the Ukrainian Canadian Social Services - Toronto, the Ukrainian Canadian Professional Business Association and the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association, Rostyslav presented on "The Psychology of Leadership".
