Ride Away Bikes

I recently went to Ride Away on Dundas West looking for a good city bike. walked up and the gentleman that helped me out was very helpful in all of what I needed. I got myself a refurbished used bike, told me the quality of the bike.

I was so satisficed with the service and I will continue to come back for the great service and great prices on items.

I had a wonderful experience buying a bike here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they had a great selection of used and new bikes between $200-550. They probably have more expensive bikes as well, but they never pressured me to increase my budget.

As someone who hasn't owned a bike in 15 years, I found the process of searching for a bike to be pretty intimidating. Luckily, the staff at Ride Away Bikes was extremely patient and helpful. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and they let me test out several bikes, each time getting closer to what I wanted until we found a bike that was JUST RIGHT. I felt like Goldilocks, for real. I am thrilled about my bike, and most importantly, I feel confident that it was the right pick. So glad I went to Ride Away Bikes!

Extremely professional guys, pretty quick in managing the crowd. High quality service. Went to fix a flat tire but they did some tune up and my bike was working pretty well. Coming back again for any bike needs.

I got lucky enough to find the perfect bike for me in the middle this bike shortage! I'm so grateful for the help of the staff at Ride Away. I'm newer to bikes and was upgrading from Bike Share. They were patient, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

I've felt uncomfortable in other bike shops, but nothing like that here. I felt like they were open to any questions, and like they genuinely wanted to see me love the bike. And I do!! Bike Share was great, but my new bike is way better!! After a week of riding I'm so excited to have this bike ?
