The customer service, I didn't have much of a problem. It was very basic, nothing above and beyond. They don't seem to really care about excelling it either, but again it's not a fine dining restaurant so I can't expect more.
Food quality, like I said, you get what you are paying for. However, I must say, they have renovated this place, and made it look much better, so +1 star for that!
