(March 19, 2021, 12:37 am)Jacob and his team at Private Press Printing did a fantastic job in helping me with my first ever screen printing order for my new clinic business.
The first printing didn't come out exactly like the source image I had sent, and after a little bit of discussing the matter, Jacob offered to reprint the job to the correct specifications.
He even made an exception for me and printed a sample test on a t-shirt to make sure everything was perfect - and it was!
All of my customers have been really happy with their sweaters, and I would be glad to come to the triple P for future work.
I'm not sure if this was on purpose, but I was given 4 extra sweaters beyond what I ordered and paid for, which was a really cool surprise because I had some close friends, who missed the pre order deadline and were sad to have missed out, that I was able to sell these bonus ones too.
Great product and fantastic customer service experience. -

I have sent a few businesses to Private press and they also now use PPP exclusively. Great attention to detail, responsive service, unique skillsets that you wont find at other silk screen places, and the owner is a creative guy and gives good advice on producing the best quality work.. Everyone always compliments the shirts that are produced. Do not hesitate to use this company for your silk screening needs!
