  Not sure why there as so many bad reviews as I’ve always had a positive experience here. The owner and staff are very accommodating and will tell you if something can’t be cleaned or repaired, though they did manage to remove a large stain off of a white cashmere coat nobody else seemed to be a able to do.
  
  They place plastic collar stays in all dress shirts (men and women’s) as well little buttons at the cuffs, which is a nice touch not all places do. Also my favourite sequinned lace dress with imbedded corset that I’m sure wasn’t easy to clean came back with some sort of cardboard insert to keep the form, which is great because I really wanted to prevent the padding from getting squished/warping. Hours are fantastic, you get a text message when your stuff is ready and prices are in line with everyone else. No complaints!
