(December 4, 2019, 4:18 am)Good general area to live in, walking distance to both King and Queen West and a Nofrills is just steps away. But as a current resident, that's the only positive here.
The worst part is the building is full of mice and roaches, and every apartment is affected.
I think it's the way this old building was made, the walls and the floor haven't been sealed properly and the roaches keep coming back a few days after pest control.
In addition, you are prone to bed bugs.
I've been waiting for the lease to get over so that i can move out, as i have been unable to find someone to sub-lease the place due to the bad condition of the apartment units in general. Also I'm unable to transfer my furniture to my new apartment due to fear of bed bugs and roach infestation at the new place.
My recommendation - pay $200 a month more and find a better place to live. You will thank me later. -

Decent place to live, nice area for the most part, very beautiful in the fall, staff maintains the building very well, only major complaint I have about the place is the walls are thinner than one likes, and it has the obvious apartment building issues like roaches. Biggest problem i had was when dealing with other members of the building feeling it's Necessary to express there unwanted opinions to you generally in a standoffish rude manor, but that's the issues with people overall is minding their own business
