  I really love this spa. They are incredibly clean and experts with all of their services. I get my nails, eyes, hair removal and facials from here regularly and fully recommend them

  I just purchased the "All you can Spa" package and it's totally worth it. I finally booked and had a PediPause. It was unbelievable. Pedicure and Facial for 75 minutes. My skin is glowing, it has never looked better! The nice part is, I've paid upfront and don't need to bring my wallet unless I am replenishing products. Keep up the great work team!

  To say I love Pause is an understatement. The ladies there are always so kind and sooo good at what they do. Their products are fantastic. The servuce is exceptional and and and. Do youreelf a favour. Book an appointment! Also, book a Neurospa booster with your servuce and get some serious relaxation.

  Everything you want in a neighbourhood spa - great prices (always good daily deals!), friendly faces, and a cozy unpretentious atmosphere.
  
  I trust the owner, Michelle, more than I can say. She hires kind, competent staff. She supports other small businesses (they sell jewelry and whatnot inside too), does great charity work, and I know she'll always tell me the truth if I ask her a question like, "Can you notice this hair right here? Should I start waxing it?"
  
  Pause also just launched their own skin care line that I just picked up and can't wait to try!

  Had a great experience today at this neighbourhood spa. Was in & out from my service in 10min. Very efficient & staff were very friendly & welcoming. Only reason it was not 5* is the actual spa room I was in could have been a bit nicer. Felt run-down. Otherwise great. Will be back!
