I was very impressed with the exceptional service I received from Aaron Baksh. He was really helpful, professional, and friendly!
My husband and I just bought our first home and had some trouble finding a place to keep our things until we got the keys. Luckily I was able to find these guys who were extremely helpful during this transition. I want to give a special shout out to Aaron who was very informative and friendly and was able to answer all my questions with ease. He really helped make this process less stressful. I highly recommend Pack and Store.
I began a new career that would take me across Canada to Prince George, British Columbia. I had to decide on what to do with certain items that I did not need to bring with me so finding a storage facility took some digging. I wanted a mobile unit for ease of use and convenience. The one I ended up choosing was Pack and Store.
Throughout the entire process, Jacqui and the entire staff were professional and extremely helpful. Considering that my goods will be stored long term, they discussed payment options that were friendly to my budget which was greatly appreciated. I also had to have my alternate key holder switched since my move and the transition was seamless - sadly, something I don't always expect with customer service these days).
Looking at all the above, it's safe to say that I am happy to be storing my storage through Pack and Store.
