The owner was a nice fellow named Shahbaz and he was able to get the part in and replace the screen unit in just 24 hours. Other places were quoting 3 business days+. He made sure everything worked, and installed a reasonably priced screen protector for me to help prevent my klutzy self from breaking it again.
