  Unparalleled energy at this place. The trainers are all incredible and unique from each other. The staff foster relationships with the clients. Really it’s the best studio in the city.

  This place is life game changer. Great community of members, MPC possesses the best trainers in the city from various different fitness backgrounds and education. The trainers have a wealth of knowledge second to none, with the emphasis on form during workouts.

  Amazing facility and class selection. Front staff always super friendly and helpful. 1st class group of trainers that all have a high level of knowledge and expertise. Great group of people that attend these classes that really make for a community feel. Last but not least, very effective lost and found program ;) Best workout in Toronto hands down.

  This is THE place to go to in the city to workout! All the trainers and staff are amazing! They concentrate on form, function and most importantly...FUN! All the trainers are awesome and they will encourage you to be your best! No egos at this place, it is truly a team environment. Top notch trainers here - Blair, David, Theo, Maddie, Adam, Martin, Noah, and Alvin - each of them bring different techniques and a huge variety of exercises to their classes so you will have fun and be challenged in each and every class!
