Came here last Saturday to get a hair cut on my long, flat, straight hair. I showed Liz some photos and she gave me the exact hair cut I wanted (long curtain bangs + medium layers) - its flattering, voluminous, looks good even without styling. Her and her team were super friendly and worked together to get me in and out of there in 30mins. 10/10 would recommend.

I came in on a Tuesday morning with a consultation in mind (for a digital perm, colouring + cut).

The ladies working there were very honest with the potential results, which I SINCERELY appreciated. They were upfront about my hair condition, and whether or not I could achieve what I was looking for. We decided a cut + colour was what I desired.

All the workers exercised caution and proper sanitation while working. They are very professional, incredibly sweet and friendly. They also give awesome head massages while washing your hair, haha

In the end, I adore my new hair. Once the colour settled in, it was *exactly* what I wanted. I am over the moon and cannot recommend their services enough!

I can not recommend this place enough for straight perms. I’ve been getting straight perms for 10 years and been to many places across Toronto and the GTA. Their work speaks for itself in pictures, but they go above and beyond in their service. They invest in having a lot of staff on the floor at once who know what they’re doing and efficient (two people apply the treatment - two people blow dry and straighten - another person holds a fan on your scalp during the straighten) I’m in and out in two hours instead of four. There isn’t any humming and hawing about how to do the treatment or lag in service time because they are trying to manage other clients. They are a straight perm factory and have every detail figured out! Highly recommend!

Emily is the best. She cut my hair today and I love it. I showed her a pic and the result was truly the same. Will definitely be back!
