(November 25, 2020, 3:29 pm)I lived on Sorauren for more than 4 years and Mitzi's was my go to place for breakfast and lunch. The staff is welcoming and attentive, the food is fresh and delicious. I will always come back to this spot no matter where I live in the city. A hidden gem in Roncy!!

(January 11, 2020, 5:59 pm)Cozy neighbourhood spot! We had the Special (pictured) and the Omelette. For the Special - my over easy eggs were cooked perfectly; the sourdough toast was excellent; and the bacon was thick and chewy just the way I like it! The side fruit segments (cantaloupe, pineapple, and orange) tasted fresh and flavourful, which is fairly unusual for side fruit and was a pleasant surprise. If you like jam, make sure to ask for some to go with your toast. I think it’s made in house and is super delicious. Service was a tad slow, but incredibly friendly. As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s CASH ONLY. There’s only about 20 seats, so arrive early to avoid waiting and will not be great for large groups.

The Poach is a nice twist on the Eggs Benedict. The pancake with egg nog custard was to die for.
The Google Maps entry does not tell you that this place is cash only. Beware if you only have US Dollars, they only do a 1:1, no exchange.
