  People complain in their reviews about the noise (cars/buses) and street lights from Eglinton -ask to be in one of the three back rooms without windows and away from the street. At night if you need to visit the washroom the technician comes right away and leads you there by flashlight to keep the darkness factor going. They ask your bedtime so if you go to bed later they will hook you up to the electrodes later as it takes about half an hour. The pillows were comfortable and the cotton sheets were clean and comfortable and even the bed was. The wires are not. Best to sleep on your back, side sleeping is tricky with all the small wires digging in. Do take bottled water - it is very dry there. Do take a morning shower to refresh yourself. It is a downfall that between 7 am and 9 am they do not answer the phones yet the night technicians leave at 7 am and the day one is there and so is the receptionist. I guess everyone is expected to own cell phones - I do not. The technician I had was calm, kind and professional.

  Decent service. Technician Arnold is nice and caring. Have shower facility after sleep test. Street and area are not nice. High noise and speedy cars..
