MCM

I had a great experience at this store. My husband and I drove to Toronto to go to Louis Vuitton and to purchase a larger bag. Unfortunately the customer service at LV was terrible and we left empty handed and angry. After visiting a few other stores we decided to look at MCM. This was my first time visiting a MCM store, and I was very happy that I did. Their staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up spending almost 1 hour in the store and left extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you MCM staff for your memorable customer service.

The loveliest experience here! The sales associates were wonderful, especially Shayne! Thank you for helping me find the prefect bag and being patience with my indecisiveness.

There was one woman working behind the counter just barking at all the sales associates. She was extremely rude to all of them which was very off putting. 1. The associates were doing NOTHING WRONG. 2. If you have feedback from them, you should take them aside and let them know quietly instead of barking at them.

Malik Hinds who is the manager was in particular very helpful, made the entire process very pleasant and enjoyable.

Great service, haven't been to Toronto in a while so of course I had to visit. Ended up with a beautiful new wallet. Very friendly staff, great service. Will definitely be back.
