They are professional and very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I highly recommend them and, in fact, I do it all the time. Elena is very professional, informed, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We were able to book 2 trips with them and cannot recommend Elena and Mandala Travel to all of our family and friends.
