Putting this at the top so people see it first: Dr. jones and I talked about the rough handling and he apologized and handled my kitty better during his x-rays for the following week. He is also the only vet that helped me get a diagnosis, finally, after years of patronization at my previous clinic. I am so satisfied with the care and professionalism of this practice, that I'm definitely moving to it permanently and changing my rating to 5/5 stars. Can't recommend enough.

Original post: the waiting room was spacious, clean, didn't have "vet smell" and the aids/nurses were all lovely. Dr. Jones, on the other hand, was really rough with my senior cat and made him scream during an examination of his knees where he seemingly pressed with all his might. That was very distressing to watch and the only thing that prevented a five star rating. Otherwise, communication was clear, concise and he cleared up a handful of my concerns. Now we await on testing. Aside from that one part, I was very satisfied with the care my kitty got there today and may make it my main vet clinic.

I donated money by buying hats from my very talented coworker that made beautiful hats and the money made went to this clinic. Keep up the good work.

Dr Jones and his staff were amazing with my dog, from diagnosing what was wrong to treating his issues to friendly service and the list goes on! Highly recommend this vet! Have had dogs my whole life and have never had a vet as good, have recommended him to many friends and relatives and they have all been very happy as well!

Dr. Jones and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly love animals - it shows through all their interactions! They're always down to earth, available for phone consults, and diligent at following up after any treatment. Never pushy, judgemental, or try to push unnecessary treatments/procedures.

Is Main St Vet the cheapest vet clinic around? Honestly no, but I'm happy to pay just a bit extra for their trusted expertise and thorough care during the life of my dog.
