Sue is an exceptional trainer. What makes her stand apart from others is her meticulous attention to detail both in designing customized workouts that take into account injury, strengths, weaknesses, etc; and perhaps more importantly, during the workout session itself. The fact that she will literally tweak even the smallest error in form in order to maximize each movement not only makes me feel like I am getting the most out of each exercise (while protecting myself from injury), but also speaks to her thoughtfulness and vast knowledge. I was not at all surprised when I learned that Sue herself trained as a competitive athlete. She is an ideal trainer for all ages and fitness levels!
I am not the type of person who was looking to bulk up, more just get back into being active after having a kid. Sue helped me set up a routine and diet to get me moving around my busy schedule.
