Ms. Sa'd's expert knowledge, professionalism and assertive approach in her work saved me a significant amount of distress. My fiance and I found ourselves in a complicated circumstance involving our landlord, real estate agents, and property manager. We were stuck in a difficult position as tenants with unreasonable individuals taking advantage of a power dynamic that favoured them. Ms. Sa'd made herself available for consult almost immediately after our initial call, and proceeded to expertly handle our legal matters. She always prepared us for every outcome, and walked us through each step required to achieve what was favorable for us. She was able to resolve the matter without resulting to litigation. Our situation demonstrates that Ms. Sa'd is highly skilled, able to negotiate amenable outcomes even when dealing with difficult personalities. She was clear and concise in our consultations, and responded promptly to any questions and concerns we had along the way. Her office is upfront about her fees, and the fee structure is reasonable. My fiance and I are about to get married in September, and even with massive expenses before us, the funds spent for Ms. Sa'd's counsel has been the best money we've ever spent. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal services, particularly with landlord-tenant matters. Thank you Ms. Sa'd for the incredible difference you've made in our lives.

Full marks for Caryma. Without her guidance and assistance, I would not have succeeded in my issue with my landlord. Caryma is a consummate professional. She is thoughtful, caring, and well-prepared. Her prices are very reasonable. Caryma should be the one and only stop for anyone who needs legal assistance.

Caryma Sa'd is a phenomenal lawyer who TRULY cares for her clients. She has a great heart and works tirelessly everyday. She is the most affordable lawyer I ever came across and the quality of work she does was beyond my expectation! My comment is merely words, you can see from all her cases that gained media attention the countless of people she has helped! Just google her name. Her hard work speaks for itself.
