(July 10, 2019, 10:15 pm)As someone who loves sushi, I was excited to try this Omekase place out. When we got there, the restaurant gave a very low key and casual vibe. We sat at the chefs table and met with the chef. We were treated to an incredible assortment of fish, with many marinated in a way I had never experienced. There were also several experimental dishes which were great. While the food was great, the service was so-so. Given how much one-on-one time we had with him, I would have expected more conversation, or at least more explanation about the food. I think that would have made us feel more complete about the meal. Regardless, I think this is one of the best values for outstanding sushi in the city, and you should definitely check it out.

(July 1, 2019, 2:57 am)The sushi was ok for the price. I've definitely had better but I guess for the value it wasn't too bad. There wasn't anything special to be honest. The chef's special roll was basically adding in Korean flavours but definitely not unique. He had Wagyu as a special which I did add, but definitely not worth the price. It was an incredibly small piece.
