After getting overly frustrated I started working with this amazing agent. She found multiple great potential options all within my price and requirements and was always available for showings. Then she found the perfect spot! It was hard not to sign a lease on the first visit. She also walked me through each step as I was new to the process. From hunting to signing she was with me every step of the way and is actually a great friend! I owe her a lot and really need to say thank you. THANK YOU SOROYA!

One of the best ones we made was to reach out to Sandra Pate (from Johnston & Daniel) for help. We first met Sandra 10 years ago when we were looking to buy our first home. We had a great experience then, so had no reservations about working with her again. Smart move! Within a month Sandra had helped us buy our new house (at a great price) and sell our existing home (also a great price!), and we couldn’t be happier with the process or result. Sandra was always available to answer questions, give advice or offer referrals for anything. Mike was excellent at finding exactly what we wanted and he was able to do it on budget, even in the unpredictable market.
