    Jay has been the consummate fitness professional incorporating the exercises I needed to develop more tone and lose weight, along with the dietary recommendations and the mindset to stay disciplined - I recommend that if you are at a plateau or crossroads in your journey - give Jay the opportunity to change your life!

    Jay was accommodating and I saw results in a few sessions. He was also great at helping me condition my deteriorating disk and strengthen my back. Jay is amazing at what he does!

    If you’re willing to commit to the hard work it takes, then Jay is the guy to help you along the way.

    From our initial consultation - I got a good vibe from this guy. He asked the right questions to understand my knowledge and lifestyle. Having lived with sciatic nerve issues in the past, I wanted to be sure my trainer knew what they were talking about and was going to keep me from getting injured, and each session he ensured I progressed - safely.

    We went through an assessment at the beginning and midpoint of our training to see how much I’ve progressed - and I was blown away. By working with Jay, training on my own, monitoring my food intake, drinking water and sleeping a bit more regularly, I was able to shed some long-time weight and increase my muscle mass, cycling endurance and life enjoyment!

    I’ve worked with other trainers before, but having someone able to come to my place and train with me when it fits my crazy schedule is what makes it easy to progress when I have no excuses and a great motivator and coach.
    He’s given me a great start to my lifelong commitment to fitness, and I look forward to continuing to work with him again. Its always good to have a coach on-call when you need a tune-up.

    Jay has significantly improved my health and fitness experience. He’s taught me a lot about nutrition and how critical this is as part of the process. It also helps that Jay routinely takes measurements so that we can accurately track progress and adjust where necessary. He's very personable and a lot of fun which certainly enhances the intense workouts!

    Having had negative experiences with personal trainers in the past, I was a little apprehensive about using a trainer again. However, hiring Jay was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and you won’t regret hiring him either. Jay initially met with me to learn about my lifestyle and fitness goals and provided invaluable advice about realistic expectations. Jay tailored a plan to my lifestyle and kept me accountable to the goals that I set out to achieve, while ensuring that I enjoyed the workouts so that they did not feel like a burden. My results after just 6 weeks were unbelievable and I could not have had such a great achievement without the help of Jay. He is very attentive to my challenging schedule and is just an overall pleasant, great guy to workout with.

    I have had the most positive experience working out with Jay. I did a 6 week intensive program with him and I didn't think it was possible to see such great results in a short amount of time, but I 3 inches off my waist and learned some easy tips on changing my diet without ruining my life. Jay is incredible when it comes to adapting his programs to suit people's individual needs, he is also great with accommodating people's busy schedules. I would highly recommend working with Jay if you're looking for an excellent trainer.
