    I've been working out with Andrew since late 2019. I had spent years dealing with shoulder and neck pain as a result of my desk job and insufficient levels of exercise. I'm not one for going to the gym, and with a busy schedule that includes my three young children I knew I needed an at home workout option. I also knew from experience that working out on my own wasn't cutting it. The first few workouts were really hard, but Andrew designed them to condition my body and prepare it for a combination of strength and endurance training with a lot of focus on core strength and mobility. Over six months in and the workouts are still challenging, but that's because the weight continues to increase as my body gets stronger. I'm in the best shape I've been in for years, and importantly the shoulder and neck pain are history. I'm much happier investing in my physical well-being than treating symptoms of poor fitness.

    When social distancing measures came into effect, Andrew quickly transitioned from in-person to training me via video conferencing so we didn't lose time and results.

    Andrew has my full recommendation to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels.

    My trainer Andrew is a perfect fit for my schedule (we work out during my lunch break), weight loss goals (I need to do strength training to tighten my skin while I do doctor-supervised dieting), and wanting to use minimal equipment while focusing on my form and using at least my body weight to exercise (he brings his own equipment to supplement my very meager collection). He is very attentive, always ready to provide feedback on my form, notice when a set needs increased or decreased intensity, and always keeps my overall health and how I feel that day in mind when I exercise. I feel comfortable discussing my health, how I feel during a workout, and my diet and measurements with Andrew without feeling like I'm being judged or negatively compared against other clients. I very much recommend this service for those looking for short-term motivation to long-term results, where the trainers bring their equipment to you and you can work out in the comfort of your own home.

    I first heard about my personal trainer Andrew Balodis through a good friend of mine who trains with him. I couldn't believe the change in my friend's fitness level and appearance, so I wanted to try Andrew out and eventually took the plunge. I have been training with Andrew for about six months now and have been just as impressed by the results that we have achieved. At the outset, Andrew took the time to gather a great deal of information and designed an overall health and well-being plan that enables me to constantly improve my functional fitness and overall health. Through our sessions, Andrew has shown himself to be down to earth and the consummate professional. Over time, he has cultivated a positive working relationship between us that is anchored in his breadth and depth of knowledge, respectfulness and meticulous observation and guidance. Andrew continually varies the workouts and assesses my movement and performance for feedback. He constantly provides me guidance that will contribute to my well-being and longevity while obtaining my fitness goals. The benefits that have flowed from our collaborative sessions have gone beyond aesthetics, as I feel a boost in mood and self-esteem. With Andrew's guidance and support I also feel motivated and equipped to engage in workouts on my own as well. I would recommend Andrew without reservation.
