Highly recommend; all their options are delicious and healthy.
Most recently I got the Burger (which also comes with potato wedges and a side salad) and each piece of the meal was absolutely delicious. It’s a full great meal.
It you are sitting there, instead of buying water I recommend their lemon water. Tasty and free -

(September 7, 2020, 2:30 pm)We have wanted to eat at Impact Kitchen on the Queen's Quay for months but haven't got the timing right. Labor day Monday was the perfect time to stroll in for breakfast and I am so happy we did.
The kitchen and dining is clean and full of good vibes. The food tastes great and we felt great after eating it too. We are blown away by how well we were treated by the staff. Clearly they are happy to be apart of the experience and we're thrilled that after months of waiting our expecatations are exceeded.
We live around the corner and Impact Kitchen is now our local spot because It's a solid option that can accomodate everyone. -

(August 28, 2020, 4:44 pm)I'll give it 3 stars because the staff are friendly and motivated; however, the lentil salad was ruined with far too much sauce. If they make it at this location, I'll suggest they greatly reduce the sauce.
