The city planners who decided to leave this lush expanse of nature open despite the city's constant growth and land development deserve a recognition. At some points walking through here you might forget that you're still in the City of Toronto. Lots of wildlife and trails to enjoy. Definitely worth numerous visits.

(September 7, 2020, 3:42 pm)So relaxing. Lived in Toronto my whole life and dicided to go for a bike ride and walk through High Park. I saw so much wildlife and nature that I'm not used to seeing. Lakeshore was close enough to go biking too.
