(September 11, 2018, 1:47 am)First time at this clinic and my experience was great. Caring, professional and non-judgemental staff. They seem super LGBTQ friendly and conscientious about gender stuff (note: I'm a white cis woman). They offer lots of awesome printed resources about sexual health in the waiting areas and online, too. I understand that the drop-in can get busy, but I had booked an appointment and was seen promptly. Make sure to check their website because their men/trans clinic hours and their women/trans clinic hours are different. Thanks Hassle-Free Clinic!

(July 6, 2018, 12:37 am)I LOVE this clinic. I have been going here since around 2010. Everyone is so nice and the place is so lgtb+ friendly. I get my paps and tests done here and I very much trust them and they also give the plan b pill for free. I really love it here.
