Great service. They open the clinic and I got a hip brace during pandemic due to urgent surgery that I will having in 3 days. Very knowledgeable. Matthew did a great job in explaining how to use the hip brace.

I first went in to book an appointment for physio here after it was recommended to me by a colleague.
I suffered a severe injury to my back at work in the operating room as a nurse. I was in complete agony and my ADLs were impossible to manage.
Courtney the admin was amazing. She got me in for my first assessment and treatment the following day. ( after 10 days of agony I was elated)
Abishek Sharma ( physiotherapist) and Matt ( physical therapist) were absolutely awesome!! They took the time to talk to me and explain what my injury was, the rehab needed to recover and made sure I understood what I needed to do at home to get better. These professionals truly care about the patient and are the most empathetic people to care for you when you need it the most.
I look forward to each appointment and will be seeking their care for years to come. Thank you so much team!

My recovery with Go TO Physio was a great experience. I found the staff (physio therapists and reception) very friendly and professional. The physiotherapists are were knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in good hands. Their friendly service makes the whole experience very enjoyable. Conversation between patients and therapists is easy and fun. I am very happy to say that I am fully healed now and I have fully recovered from my ankle injury. I also found the therapists were very patient and flexible. They helped me understand my injury and find at-home exercises that worked for me. I would strongly recommend Go TO Physio to anyone seeking to heal or manage pain through movement, exercise and therapy. Thanks so much for being so great!

I was referred by my surgeon to the team at Go TO Physio (Richmond st. e location) for my ACL reconstruction rehab. I’ve been working w/ Abhishek and Matt since day 4 post surgery and my recovery wouldn’t be even close to where it is now without them. Both are extremely talented, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and overall just really good people. Highly recommend working with them both!

Last May while playing soccer I had a very painful and severe ankle dislocation and fracture. Surgery was unavoidable and I was left with two 4 inch plates and 10 screws in my left ankle. After a long and painful post-surgery recovery, I never thought I would regain the strength, let alone play soccer again until I began working with the physiotherapists at GO T.O Physio & Rehab.

I was eager to begin rehabilitation because my injury was standing in the way of my job as a Personal Trainer. I had set my mind on working hard to get back to 100% form, but as a trainer, I was skeptical of the quality of care I would receive and whether it was worth the effort and the cost.

My Orthopedic Surgeon at St. Michael's Hospital recommended GO T.O Physio & Rehab specifically because he knew I was picky and knowledgeable in the field to an extent. Since my first visit the physios at GO T.O Physio & Rehab impressed me with their level of attentive assessment, knowledge and immediate plan for my recovery. I was carefully assessed and everything was explained to be in great detail. I was made to feel like 100% recovery was in my cards sooner than I thought.

With each week I felt and saw a major change and difference in my ankle strength and stability. We felt the physios at GO T.O Physio & Rehab really met my high expectations when it came to the level of knowledge, expertise, and care I was getting.

I would 100% recommend Abhishek and Matthew to anyone seeking effective, knowledgeable and seasoned physios, that go the extra mile to ensure your recovery goals are achieved as quickly as possible so that you can get back to living life strong and pain-free.
