  I had an issue with the vehicle/weather that was really nobody's fault but caused me a fair bit of inconvenience. The staff was understanding and helpful. Addressed my issue and resolved it beyond my expectations. I will definitely return.

  Found my last minute holiday rental with this branch. This branch made it very easy for us to rent. Also, conveniently located near a subway stop. Great experience.

  I have always thought Discount had the best moving van/truck rentals available for my needs, whether it was a short distance or longer distances. Significantly better prices than everyone else I checked. Have used them on various occasions out of Cambridge, and Toronto. This recently used location out of Toronto, 2440 Dundas had a great staff who really knew what they were doing, great hours, and a quick sign in procedure to get the vehicle out of the lot.

  The staff were friendly and professional and had me set up with my car expeditiously. The car, a Lexus 200t, was immaculate and we'll maintained. I found the rate to be reasonable. The only complaint I have is that I would have appreciated a little vehicle familiarization with location of various controls. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Experience was great. Follow up phone calls were great!
  Only compliant that made my heart stop was on the return. The employee did a thorough check on the vehicle on return and found some damage that wasn't on the first check we did. She had to go back and look at previous rentals to insure it wasn't me. Maybe something can be addressed in the system to show previous damages. All in all would definitely rent from here again.
