  Over the moon with how well they framed my printed piece as well as the excellent knowledgeable service that was provided. Everything from helping me find the perfect frame to giving their own suggestions on what looks good to breaking down the pricing so I can understand the cost and optimize my custom frame to fit my budget, they were outstanding! Not to mention their quick turn around time!

  We recently moved into a condo with lots of light, from a much darker townhouse. We realized that a lot of our artwork (which had been professionally framed over a decade ago) was very dated in look and open to damage from all the direct sunlight. So we began to search for custom framers.
  
  After an extensive online search (as well as soliciting advice from friends) we narrowed it down to three. After phone calls, we felt drawn to the ladies at Dimensions. But what took it over the line in decision making was the fact that they come out to your place to see the context of the piece. After all, knowing the colour scheme and lighting is exceptionally pertinent to making the best decisions on how to frame something. It doesn't just have to look fantastic. It has to look fantastic where you hang it, and be part of the overall look.
  
  That is where Ellen and Wendy really shine. We ended up reframing 8 pieces in total, across multiple rooms. Some pieces are near enough together that they need to compliment each other, and they nailed that. Other pieces stand alone, and those really shine, highlighting the art without the frame taking away focus.
  
  We could not be happier with their work. They are not only easy to work with, they're fun to work with. The kind of people you want to have over to share a glass of wine so you can admire their work with them. (And Hudson is such a great dog, he'd be welcome too.)
  
  If you want great work, then Dimensions is who you want.

  Ellen helped me choose the frames, and rightfully they turned the beautiful paintings into a gorgeously magical experience allowing me to feel the paintings as if they were real.
  She was very friendly and helpful. Ellen made my first visit to the shop and my first experience framing to be very elegant, enjoyable and special.

  I had 2 prints framed and I received excellent service! These ladies really have an eye for matching the right mat and frame with your artwork. Even though I was working with a limited budget, they showed me some options that I loved, and in the end I’m so happy with their work and customer service - they even helped me carry my art to my car when I picked it up. Thanks so much - highly recommend!
