Solid BBQ. Cute patio and great for a beer. Chicken wings and the cauliflower side are great, but their brisket is honestly only OK. Bit underseasoned and last batch was super dry. Service great even in heat. So four stars overall but order strategically.

The food was good. Service excellent. How do you run a restaurant without air conditioning? It was a sauna. The place needs to have air conditioning. Without a/c, it is torture being there.

Let me start by saying the food here is delicious, the place is clean and the patio is a treat. With that said, the staff is a hit or disasters miss. Either you get a very good professional service or an an arrogant attitude. I always order dry wings, I want them smoked not sweet and I don't want any sugar in my food. More than half of the times I had to return the wings, to have them brought back and said they are just really juicy and get attitude. Dude, you can see the sauce on the wing, once I even think someone just washed the wings and put them back in the fryer again. I understand mistakes, totally fine just be professional about it, don't lie and say stupid things to cover for the mistake, I'll appreciate it. Integrity.

The BBQ here is very good. Nice outdoor patio and great selection of drinks at the bar. This visit we shared the brisket, and some pulled pork and back ribs with a side of mac and cheese, BBQ beans and corn bread. All were excellent except the corn bread was nothing special. The customers are great fun, you never know who you will meet. Many cyclists go for a bike ride to Leslie Street Spit and come up Poulson Pier and stop for food and drinks. Very informal and fun. Staff are very busy on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's. By 7 pm on Sunday they were starting to sell out of certain items. We love the crispy cauliflower and at 6 when we arrived it was already gone. So plan accordingly.

Always a great spot to grab a drink and some take out after a solid day at work. I am definitely a fan of the BBQ Sandwiches and the bourbon pecan pie. Great job????
