The service is prompt, personal, and so friendly. Unfortunately, both times I have ordered we have had a small hiccup - nothing anyone had any control over (seasonal unavailability, etc...). BUT, each time, Angie has contacted me personally, so that we could collaborate on solutions. I insist on ordering from here, in Cabbagetown, even though my destination is in the west end, and the team has always gotten my orders to their recipients in perfect time!
Looking forward to the next time I have an occasion for a gorgeous bouquet! Thanks again to Angie and the whole Blooming team!! -

Anji is the sweetest and I always receive amazing service from her. Love her daily happy hour specials as well! I recommend this place to all my friends and family and they have had wonderful experiences.
