(January 28, 2019, 11:17 pm)My favourite airport to fly domestically. Short lines, friendly staff and unique island experience. Huge improvement with the addition of the underground walkway! Great views at takeoff and landing of the city of Toronto!

(January 17, 2019, 11:47 pm)I’m giving them a 3/5 because I used to rave how great Billy Bishop was due to their complimentary soft drinks and free cookies, trail mix. They have since taken them away, and opened up shops typical to any other airport in the world. Secondly, they are never on time, which used to be fine because you would just have a complimentary tea or coffee to soothe the annoyance. I fly to Newark on a monthly basis, and depart on time maybe 10% of the time, expect a 20 minute to 2 hour delay at peak travel times. However they are still the most convenient airport, and you can fly through security and customs since it’s so small. Losing the drinks and snacks isn’t enough to make me chose Pearson, but it was a nice touch.

(December 9, 2018, 11:33 pm)Convenient, clean, well laid out, access to retaurants and gift shops. Checking in and going through security was quick and painless. Staff are very helpful and pleasant and the announcements are clear. Tickets are a little more money than flying out of Pearson, but it is worth the expense.

(September 28, 2018, 1:20 pm)I love this downtown Airport, it's so easy to get here. The flights are much cheaper, and they fly into my home town, Saint John NB.
They offer free shuttle service to and from the Airport. You can even take a ferry across a little channel for your last minute pictures. When you check in, there's free coffee, juices, or a little snack. Where else can you get treatment like this at an airport.
Keep up the great work, and I'll keep flying from Billy Bishop
