There was only 1 stylist working, and there were 3 other kids ahead of us so we played in the playroom (TV, tables, chairs, train track, containers of toys, books...many of these looked worn and nothing looked new). I told the stylist it was my son's first haircut, and she saved few of his locks in a plastic bag. The haircut did not take long and she did a good job. Overall a good experience. Only downside was that the shop looked old and not super clean.
