Best Doc I have ever had, he really knows his stuff .
Dr Massad is an amazing family doctor. He reserves morning appointments if you call the morning of at 8am. I can email him with questions and he’ll email me back with a few hours. I rarely have to go to emerg or walk-in clinics. Although the clinic hours are part-time, he’s in on Saturdays which is so helpful for kiddos. He’s so great with infants and kids, but also incredibly understanding, professional and compassionate with adults.
Dr Massad is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional, but at the same time friendly and able to explain complicated issues in simple terms. He makes good use of technology to help patients, using email for booking appointments and prescription renewals. He is highly regarded by the community, and has a long list of grateful "regulars".
Just simply the best doctor I have ever had. I’m a scientific researcher and have extremely high standards. Dr. Massad knows his stuff and has an excellent bedside manner. The icing on the cake is that he runs his clinic extremely well. I have never had to wait more than 5 min and he uses e-mail to communicate with his patients directly. Overall, he is an highly impressive family physician.
