I have seen Gilles for two separate running injuries and would highly recommend him. He is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition to taking his time showing me how to properly tape my injury and stretch to rehabilitate; he followed up with an email to see how my progress was tracking when I no longer needed physio. The appointments run on time (and can be booked online). The clinic provides direct billing to insurance which makes things streamlined and easy.
I went to Apex today for the first time for some shoulder/neck pain related to ergonomics and desk work. It was easy to book, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. At the appointment, Gilles was very knowledgeable and professional and focused on manual manipulation, which his exactly what I needed. He sent me home with a set of exercises and taped my shoulder. They have online booking, an online intake form, and direct billing. I would highly recommend Apex, especially compared to some of the other clinics I have tried in the area which are more expensive.
