  Got balloons done for a 40th birthday! Ordered in advance! Ready on time, great service! Foil numbers (large) were $12 each with helium. Cheaper than other places.

  You get stuff pretty cheap here, but the customer service needs some work. Purchased a 10ft charger and the cashier not only exchanged the one my dad had for a different adapter before placing it in his bag, but when I went back to simply exchange it for the one he wanted, they insisted that he was mischarged and that I pay the difference. I personally work in retail and I can tell you right now that I've dealt with enough customers to know that you NEVER try to second-charge a customer. Your mistake as a cashier is your mistake. You cannot expect the customer to be understanding of that because that's just not how customers work. Once they have completed a purchase, they expect that everything was done correctly the first time. The worst part is the fact that I was exchanging the cord for the exact same type of product, just a different adapter. I very much nearly walked out with the same product at the irritation from the insistence that I pay the difference when I wasn't even the person who made the initial purchase. Also, they have a minimum purchase of $5 on all debit transactions. Be wary if you have to use a card instead of cash.
