Steve was over to my place in half an hour, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and helpful, explaining what went wrong with my broken lock. It was over and done with quickly and to my satisfaction, letting me get on with my day. He even included a few extra keys gratis. Great service. Thanks Steve.
