(September 9, 2020, 12:26 am)My husband purchased a 2019 Explorer Sport as a gift for me back in April 2020. I have been drooling over one for a few years. I can't begin to describe how wonderful the experience was. Max took care of everything, the quote provided was dead on down to the last dollar. Paperwork was completed and ready to sign without delay. The vehicle was absolutely spotless at the time of delivery. The only minor delay was getting my plates transferred and licensed. HOWEVER due to covid and Service Ontario being only open by appointment I fully understand.
This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased at this dealer, 2 trucks for my husband and now my dream Explorer.
