Honestly the best wirelesswave! The store manager Mr.Nizar was a great help! He provided me with a lot of information about different phone plans and the types of iPhone that would be best for me! I highly recommend this location everyone in the store is so kind!

I hate looking for new phones and exploring new plans but with Jhona it’s different. She makes everything so easy and she explains all the plans clearly. Whenever I need something or have a question, she responds immediately . You just know that she has your best interest at heart.

Am phone/plan illiterate but Jonalyn helped is set up my new phone and account so easily and pain free! She explained everything, even contacting me afterwards to make sure it was all going well. Such fantastic service from this young lady and not once was there an eye roll or sarcasm (and there were many moments where it was warranted) Wireless Wave has a gem of an employee here!
