Dr. Shi genuinely cares about her patients as a family doctor. I have been seeing her almost a year. The waiting time was reasonable and she always answer my questions very patiently. She also referred me to see specialists quickly as needed. Nancy works there as a registered nurse and she injects vaccines smoothly. They also speak mandarin as well as English.
I have been visited this clinic for years. Dr. Shi is knowledgeable and patient( answered all my questions). She does care about her patients. They even have holter monitors and lung function test device at the clinic that will save you another trip to a medical lab. I booked appointment every time before went there, so waiting time wasn’t bad. Highly recommended.
Dr. Shi is very nice and caring. She is highly professional and easy to communicate.
Despite other negative feedback on Dr. Shi, I found that she is actually better than most family doctors. My waiting time is usually 15-30 minutes. But if she is not your family doctor, you have to wait much longer. She is knowledgeable as a family doctor. Her staff are fine, and one of them speaks both Mandarin and English and knows things around very well.
