(March 18, 2020, 9:37 pm)Aside from the complete lack of communication from the staff during my stay, the larger issue is I've come home with over 35 (I counted) individual bed bug bites all over both arms, face and head. Best part, now I've risked bringing them into my home. And now I'm forced to clean literally everything and have to spend money on ordering someone to come in and spray my place.
Reading the last review was only additional confirmation of this. My biggest regret was not seeing it before my stay. Do NOT visit this facility until they have acknowledged taking action. I'll be escalating this asap.
UPDATE:
Spoke with management of the clinic. The owner was took the matter very seriously. Communications were quick and acceptable solutions were offered. They also promised that they would be following through with additional measures to remedy the situation for future. Added 2 stars due to quick response and follow through by management. -
