When your car is a wreck you are very vulnerable, you need as much help as you can get. Right from day one Heather was like a guardian angel. She really understood that we needed her help and she made sure no one took advantage of us throughout the whole process. She made sure we were in a rental car immediately. She called the insurance company for us and followed up daily on back ordered parts and got them in earlier.
