(August 22, 2020, 8:30 pm)I bought a honda civic recently, and I noticed when the car is parked on a uphill the shifter is stiff and shacks a bit when putting in to reverse. I asked Craig about this, and he explained every thing very well and in detail and he told me that my car doesn’t have any problem, everything I see is very normal. He was very honest and he has a very good knowledge too. I was very happy of the service they provided and also hoping to go and see them when ever I have a problem with my car.
