(April 27, 2018, 4:02 am)Townhouses very close to DVP. It is maintained by the agency Realstar and they do a good job of it. The snow and ice are cleared very quickly and the place is kept well. There is a direct express for downtown access right from the front of the property. There are frequent buses to the York Mills subway station too. They have many configurations of town homes available too. The parking is secured and underground. It can be accessed by key fobs or access codes. There is a park nearby and good schools too

(August 8, 2017, 9:13 pm)Absolutely STUNNING units. Newly renovated, with all new appliances. Would have loved to get one of these units, but unfortunately they can only offer 1 parking spot per unit, and there is no way to pay for additional due to the small size of the parkade.
