Nice room with comfortable seating (really, in a catering venue !) Attentive staff. Industrial location with plenty of parking but seriously in need of repaving.

Was so excited about going to a Party at the Warehouse. Young people loved the night club like venue. Entrance is around the back with lit signage showing where to go. The venue is ample and rentals are included in the basic price. The facility has modern bathrooms and gorgeous black granite counter top. Security guards indoors were very Handsome and Professional. Very Grateful to the Wonderful Owners.

We had our wedding at The Warehouse in April. Overall, our experience wasn't too bad. I don't have any regrets about picking this place. Most of the staff are super friendly and great to work with (Anand and Robin in particular are wonderful), but there are a few flags that you should be aware of before diving in.

I must say — the space is absolutely beautiful on the inside. There are a lot of cool features that make it different and unique. You have to be willing to pay a bit more because it is a blank canvas and an exclusive venue to your party, but I truly believe the extra money is worth it.

There were a million things that were flawless about our experience, but in the interest of keeping this review helpful, here are a few problems we had:

There were some staffing changes at the venue so we were passed around a bit and Jordan, the owner, ended up being our logistics manager. We showed up to the venue a couple days before the event and our floor plan was laid out, but we noticed some mistakes. Jordan told us he would do a double-check of everything with the latest documents we sent him, but that didn't happen. There were a few misplaced guests at our wedding. It was really unfortunate as there was an elderly couple that was left without a seat. Even my parents' table was missing a chair. It was a bit upsetting, and as the bride, I was stressed by it all night.

The bartenders were awesome. They were friendly, kept the line moving and had generous pours. However, we were super super upset to see that there was a tip jar out and filled to the brim. We were charged 18% gratuity in advance and were happy to know that our guests would not have to be bothered with anything monetary at the event. I would have gladly given the bartenders a bit extra as they really did a great job, but I really didn't want that burden to fall on my guests. I am now worried that it looked like we were being cheap, that our guests thought we didn't tip the servers. When we approached Jordan about this, he acted as if it was our fault for not communicating that this was something that would upset us.

To sum up, the venue is beautiful and working with the staff overall was great, but I do think you should be mindful of the ways they can ask for extra money, and be extra careful to check the work of the person doing your logistics.
