Not sure why this place gets so many bad reviews but everyone is quite nice and have positive energy. The receptionist is nice as well and the doctors are patient and answered all my questions and concerns. They do fill up within 10 minutes of opening so come early or have a wait of 1.5 hours. They also take existing clients first. It's a safe and discreet place.
On Wednesdays, if you couldn't make it in the morning, you have a 2nd Chance of registering for a spot in the afternoon.
Great clinic it's the only one I go to. BUT FAIR WARNING.
it's a very popular clinic so if you are even a few minutes late from opening or a new member you can expect to wait 1-2 hours of a WAIT on top of the service so make sure you have kept like your next 3 hours available.
Friendly, helpful staff except one of the receptionists. Don’t go here if you want quick test results. Could take two weeks. Count on very long waits to get in, possibly being turned away. Show up before they open. And if you need a copy of your results prepare to wait in the waiting room as well.
