(February 28, 2021, 4:38 am)I bought Fridge/Dishasher/Stove/Mirowave-hood. Let me begin by saying I dealt with Strongman him self. He was easy to speak to and told me exactly what I was looking for. I was not in a rush to have it delivered since my basement was still under renovations.
After about 6 weeks I was ready for delivery, he set up a time and day that worked with my schedule. His men came to my home and delivered my purchases. Unfortunately there was a mix up with my order, after calling Srongman he apologized and sent the correct ones a week after. (It was no big deal as I was in no rush)
Mistakes happen everyone is human, we need to support small businesses and learn to allow them to rectify the situation. I have nothing but GOOD to say about this store.
I bought my appliances in SUMMER of 2020, but time caught up with me and only now was I able to make this review.

(May 8, 2020, 10:12 pm)I loved the customer service I got from this store. I had a budget and an idea of what I wanted and they where able to make it work! The staff where all friendly and helpful.
The delivery guy was great when dropping off my new fridge. He was so humble and helpful. He made sure everything was set up and running before leaving.
