I had left all my Mum's furniture and contents at Storage Mart at 875 Don Mills Road, Toronto in two separate lockers in 2018, when I returned in 2020, I found everything exactly as I had left it. It was in perfect shape and it was secure. The Manager, I dealt with was Hamid and he was very accommodating and very helpful in suggesting options for a larger unit and better monthly pricing. When I returned in 2020, I discovered I was missing a key for one of the lockers and with required legal proof from me, Hamid exchanged locks on the door in a very prompt and courteous fashion. I liked that Hamid asked me for proof of who I was before taking the lock off.

The interior of the lockers are very clean and safe. We were going to look elsewhere for another locker facility, but I felt very happy with Hamid as well I noticed that the locker was completely enclosed from top to bottom, so I did not have to worry about anything going missing, it also allowed air to move around in the interior as well. Thank you.

We have been using the storage since the last 5 years. The facility is clean an well lit and secure. The general Manager Hamid takes good care of the customers. I recommend Storage Mart at Don mills.

I had this unit for few years and it has been great. The people working here especially Hamid are very attentive and helpful, it is a pleasure dealing with them. I strongly recommend this location.

Very pleased with our visit to this storage mart. My husband and I just needed some extra storage room as our apartment is crowded with boxes, and our two year old gets into everything.

The general manager Hamid very helpful in helping us find a storage unit in both our price and size range. We received really good costomer service, and got a tour of the place as he showed us more than one unit. The inside and outside was very clean.

If you want to store at a well managed storage facility,this is the place to be. I have been here for almost a year and I am very satisfied with my easily accessible storage unit. The manager Hamid is professional, organized and funny.He is always charged up and excited to help and makes your visit to the storage such a pleasant one! He told me that we are like hotel guests and quoted the song Hotel California "You can check out any time you like but you can never leave." lol. Very friendly staff, clean place and lovely atmosphere with jazz playing all over the place.
I recommend this place to everyone.
