(November 4, 2019, 4:00 pm)We hired SplashworksKB to do the build out of a second floor addition to our house. This included a full bathroom and bedroom addition and modifications to one other bedroom. We had spoken with several other contractors but in the end chose Splashworks as we felt confident that they would make the process as painless as possible; which they did. The entire team was fantastic, from office to laborers. Any of the subcontractors hired were extremely professional and respectful. Calls were returned promptly and issues and questions were addressed expeditiously.
In the end we could not be happier with the finished product that SWKB provided. Yes, the process took longer than expected, but we get that with construction in older homes, there will always be unforeseen issues. We are also confident that should issues arrive down the road, the team will do everything they can to make it right. -

What I appreciated was that they handled everything from sourcing material to the contractors. I was given a high quality design which I loved and then a beautiful kitchen was made. I’m so glad I gave them the job. They are wonderful at it. Thank you so very much.
