Wide selection in comparison to other shoppers.
Most importantly we like to buy from Edna, she is extremely patient and professional.
She will take the time and run through things with my grandmother.
Most sales will just ignore her and most seniors.
We hope Management sees this and recognize your valuable employees. Professional staff like Edna will win business from other competitors.
We use to go to The Bay alot before. -

(June 15, 2020, 6:35 pm)I have been picking up my meds at this location for the last 3yrs never had any issues but unfortunately when I called in today for a refill the lady was very unprofessional unable to refill failed to provide any practical solution and when asked to speak to the pharmacist the lady hung up on me. I walked in thereafter explained the horrible experience to the pharmacist on site who apologized for the experience and provided a practical solution.
I understand staff may feel overstressed at work or what not but they should behave at all time professionally on the phone and provide assistance I hope this review will help the staff answering the phones to be more professional and take this as a learning experience.
